Pascal Dubois

Pascal Dubois has a 33 years experience in the marine insurance industry.

Pascal is graduated from an International Business School in Paris and has a Master Degree in Law and Economy of Transportation in the University Paris I – Panthéon / Sorbonne.

Pascal Dubois has been Marine Manager for Companies such as Helvetia, La Neuchâteloise, Winterthur, MMA Covea and Swiss Re Corporate Solutions.

Pascal has been the Chairman of the French Cargo Committee for several years, member of the COMAT (France Assureurs) for more than 20 years and was also Administrator ot the CESAM.

Pascal Dubois has been member of the IUMI Facts and Figures Committee for 2 years before joining the Loss Prevention Committee. Pascal has been chairing the LPC since 2018.

He is now the Chief Executive Officer of the CESAM (Study and Service Committee for Marine Insurance) based in Paris, since 1st October 2020. CESAM is the Survey and Services Committee of the French Marine insurance market.
