Laurent Barbagli

Laurent Barbagli is the founding CEO of a Marine Insurtech, Meetrisk, a Marine Insurance as-a-service Platform. He has 30 years of international experience in the Risk and Insurance sector. Committed to transforming the business model of its players, he was an insurer (CEO of AXA Matrix – Risk consulting division of the AXA group for Fire, Marine and Cat), a Risk manager at Club Med and Lafarge, a broker at Willis – Gras Savoye and a project manager at IBM. In his different roles, he has built and managed global Marine Insurance and Risk Management programs.

Laurent Barbagli is a graduate of Sciences Po and Paris/Assas University, and certified as a Corporate Director by French Directors Institute – Sciences Po.
